ABOUT

I’m a VR/AR specialist and 2D + 3D artist who recently graduated from the Savannah College of Art and Design with a BFA in Immersive Reality. Throughout my time at SCAD, I gained experience both working on creative teams and leading them, and I really enjoy working with other people to bring ideas to life.

Most recently, I was a concept, 3D, and technical artist for my award-winning senior XR project, Broomsmith. My work included building shaders, creating concept illustrations and 3D models, developing particle systems, creating an art bible, and helping with social media marketing.

I’m passionate about creating spatial experiences, illustration, 3D modeling, and learning new tools. I enjoy working with people and communicating with a team. I spent over five years working in the restaurant industry, which taught me a lot about communication and teamwork.

I’m proficient with the Adobe Suite, Procreate, Unity for VR, and Autodesk Maya. I’m currently learning more about Unreal Engine 5, especially materials, lighting, sound, Blueprints, and particles, along with Blender.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about weightlifting, music, photography, and getting the opportunity to meet new people.

Right now, I’m particularly interested in simulation and healthcare-related VR/AR. I’m interested in finding ways to use immersive technology to help both practitioners and patients, and I’d like to learn more about how XR can be used in healthcare.

I’m looking for opportunities where I can use my art and technical skills while continuing to learn and contribute to projects from concept through the final experience.
